1. Roller skate design: Generally speaking, skates with shoelaces are better than those with buckles; one-piece skates are better than skates with shoe shells and shoe covers, because skates with shoelaces and one-piece skates can fit your feet and shoes more tightly, while skates with buckles and shoe shells and shoe covers cannot fit your feet and are more uncomfortable.
2. Knife holder (base): Aluminum alloy base is better, because aluminum alloy base is stronger and not easy to deform. Another point worth noting is to ask the boss how many mm wheels can be installed on the bottom frame of this pair of shoes. Generally, it is 76mm, and it is best to install 80mm wheels, so that there will be more choices if you want to change wheels in the future.
3. Roller skate wheels: The wheels must be highly elastic wheels, and they must not be plastic wheels (PVC materials). Generally, high-elastic wheels are softer and more elastic, while plastic wheels feel harder. You can try to knock on the ground and listen to the sound. You will find that the sound of plastic wheels is much sharper. The size of the wheel can be selected according to your actual situation. Some people have the misunderstanding that the bigger the wheel, the better. This statement is incorrect. The advantage of large wheels is fast speed, and the disadvantage is high center of gravity and large mass. Therefore, the size of the wheel should be selected according to your actual situation.
4. Roller skate bearings: Generally, the so-called 608 bearings are used now, and the bearings used in skates are divided into ABEC 1-7 grades. The higher the grade, the more precise it is. The quality of bearings cannot be determined only by the ABEC index. The difference between brands is often greater than these indexes.
